Women's Basketball - Tue, Jan. 24, 2017

Little Rock, AR – The Lady Panthers ended a Gulf Coast Athletic Conference weekend on a high note after losing to Tougaloo College on Saturday. The team was lead by Terralyn Dominick against Tougaloo with 23 points, 3 assists, and 6 rebounds.  The Lady Panther's lost the lead after turnovers and unforced errors.

The women bounced back to defeat Xavier University at home Monday night, in overtime, with a score of 80-73. Terralyn Dominick led the team with 24 points, 4 assists, 9 rebounds. She was followed by Minyone Hill (16 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds) and Honchea Thonton (13 points and 8 rebounds). The win puts the women's record at 2-3 in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference and 9-8 overall.

The Lady Panthers return to action on Thursday night at Crowley's Ridge College at 5 pm.
