Noel Lyons is a Graduating Senior at Philander Smith College majoring in Criminal Justice from New Orleans, Louisiana. He serves as the Men’s Cross Country and Track Team Captain. He is a 3 time Cross Country Conference Champion and a 2 time NAIA National Cross Country Qualifier. Noel has a passion for service. He serves as the President of the Beta Chi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, seated at Philander Smith College. Upon graduation he intends to pursue a career in local law enforcement.
