PSU Falls at Tougaloo.

The Tougaloo Bulldogs erupted for 9 runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to overcome a 2-run deficit and defeated the Philander Smith Panthers 16-12 in the final contest of the 3-game series.  For the afternoon, the Bulldogs tallied 17 hits to support their 16 runs, despite committing six errors.  The win pushed the Bulldogs record to 5-4, while the Panthers fell to 3-6 overall.  Jace Bost took the loss for the Panthers.  He pitched 6 and a third innings, surrendering 14 runs on 14 hits, seven earned runs, and only five strikeouts.  Bradley Brown was the Panthers' shiny star offensively.  Brown scored three runs in just over two innings, also driving in another run with a base hit.
