From start to finish, the Panthers displayed control, balance, and determination on both ends of the court to secure a statement victory on the road.
Philander Smith established their dominance early, outscoring Rust 34–23 in the first half with sharp ball movement and defensive intensity. The Panthers maintained that momentum through the second half, adding another 37 points to close out the game comfortably.
